Jon Marshall

Jon Marshall is a highly experienced professional in talent acquisition and strategic sourcing, currently serving as a Senior Consultant for TSP, a Syneos Health company, since January 2020. In this role, Jon develops talent planning and pipeline strategies that significantly enhance the firm's talent acquisition efforts, achieving record hires through the management of over 3,000 projects and the addition of over 100,000 candidates to talent pipelines.
