Eric S. has over 10 years of work experience in the recruitment and staffing industry. Eric began their career in 2009 as an Outreach and Communications Coordinator at City Year, a non-profit organization that provided community service projects in low-income areas around Columbus, OH. In 2010, they moved on to The Ladders.com as an Account Manager, responsible for managing the accounts of clients for the nation's premier online job search and recruitment service for positions with salaries of $100,000 or more. In 2011, they became a High School Admissions Counselor at Everest Institute, providing basic information, routine guidance and assistance to potential students on matters related to enrollment and the admissions process. In 2012, they joined Micro Data Systems, Inc. as a Recruiting Manager and Senior Technical Recruiter, responsible for recruiting/dismissal, performance updates, individual development plan reviews, pulling metrics, scheduling, coaching, training, etc. In 2019, they returned to TSR Consulting Services, Inc. as a Senior Technical Recruiter. In 2020, they became a Lead Technical Recruiter at TSR Consulting Services, Inc. and a Senior Recruiter at Amazon Web Services (AWS). In 2021, they received the President's Award for placing 88 consultants/employees (most in the company).
