Rugved Deolekar is an experienced professional in the fields of human resources and learning and development, currently serving as Manager of HR and L&D at TSS Consultancy Pvt Ltd since June 2021. Prior to this role, Rugved accumulated over a decade of academic experience, including positions as Assistant Professor and Lecturer at Vidyalankar Institute of Technology from June 2009 to May 2021, and previous lectureships at K J Somaiya College of Engineering and Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute from 2004 to 2009. Rugved holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer from the University of Mumbai, completed in 2004.
