Nick Smith

Nick Smith is the Managing Director of T Sumner Smith Limited, a Chartered Quantity Surveyors and Infrastructure Consultancy based in Lancashire. Prior to this role, Nick also owned Ribble Valley Solutions Limited, providing commercial, financial, and management consultancy services. With a background in quantity surveying and experience in commercial management, Nick has successfully integrated acquisitions and led regional projects within the industry. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from the University of Central Lancashire and has a strong educational background in building studies.
