Patric Renqvist has extensive experience in customer service and technical support, currently serving as the Head of 2nd Line Support at TSS AB since March 2010, where responsibilities include customer service support, calibration technician duties, and system validation testing. Prior to this role, Patric worked at Datareal AB from April 1999 to October 2009 as a Team Leader and Helpdesk-Server Technician, overseeing 1st line helpdesk operations, problem-solving, and server installations. Educational background includes completion of an English course at Cambridge University, along with studies at Gärdesskolan and Vasalundsskolan.
