Chris Ridley has over a decade of experience in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing. Currently serving as the Continuous Improvement Manager at Tsubaki Nakashima Co., Ltd since August 2017, Chris previously held the position of Level 3 Manager at NN, Inc. from August 2015 to August 2017. Prior to that, Chris worked as a Lean Analyst / K100 Engineer at Kennametal from April 2014 to August 2015 and as a Lean Manufacturing & Safety Coordinator at Hapco from February 2012 to April 2014.
