As a Board Advisor and SVP of Finance & Corporate Development at Embarc since June 2020, Leonard has overseen a significant retail cannabis enterprise with multiple locations and a strong development pipeline. In addition, Leonard operates as the Principal at Cascapedia Consulting, providing advisory services to startups and lower-middle-market businesses. Previously, leadership roles included VP of Finance & Corporate Development at MWG Holdings Group, Inc., and Director of Corporate Development at Amerit Fleet Solutions, along with experience as a private equity analyst at New Evolution Ventures.
