Leonard Schlemm

Leonard Schlemm is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in strategic financial leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the VP of Finance at Tsunami Express Car Wash since January 2023, Leonard leads financial operations for this rapidly growing express car wash platform. As a Board Advisor and SVP of Finance & Corporate Development at Embarc since June 2020, Leonard has overseen a significant retail cannabis enterprise with multiple locations and a strong development pipeline. In addition, Leonard operates as the Principal at Cascapedia Consulting, providing advisory services to startups and lower-middle-market businesses. Previously, leadership roles included VP of Finance & Corporate Development at MWG Holdings Group, Inc., and Director of Corporate Development at Amerit Fleet Solutions, along with experience as a private equity analyst at New Evolution Ventures. Leonard holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from Dalhousie University.
