Timothy Laird has extensive experience in information technology and business solutions. Timothy is currently serving as the Vice President of Information Technology and Business Solutions at Turf Star/Western since May 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Information Technology at Foundation Building Materials from December 2013 to May 2021. Timothy gained teaching experience as an Adjunct Instructor at Davenport University from January 2012 to May 2015. Timothy also worked as a Senior Technical Analyst at Central Data Systems from August 2012 to November 2013. Timothy served as the Manager of Information Technology at Home Acres Building Supply from June 2003 to July 2012, where their responsibilities included managing projects, processes, and IT personnel. From September 2000 to September 2002, Timothy worked as a Computer Network Manager at Byrne Electrical Specialists, Inc., overseeing client computer hardware, server hardware, and network infrastructure. Timothy began their career as a Network Administrator at Alticor in May 1995 and worked there until September 2000, providing support to employees and maintaining close relationships with clients.

Timothy Laird attended Cornerstone University from 1992 to 1996, where they received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, with a focus on Computer Science. In October 2010, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (pmi.org).
