The Technical and Service Team at Turf Star Western is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of turf equipment. The team, comprised of roles such as Shop Foreman, Setup Technician, Field Service Technician, and the PNW Regional Service Manager, focuses on setting up, maintaining, and servicing the machinery. They work closely with clients to address technical issues, perform routine maintenance, and offer innovative solutions to maximize productivity and performance, supporting the company's mission of delivering superior customer care and reliable outdoor environment solutions.
