Dean E Dorman

Dean E Dorman serves as the Chief Operating Partner at TT Capital Partners, specializing in healthcare growth equity investing since 2014. Prior experience includes roles as an Operating Executive at TPG Capital, where responsibilities involved transformations and turnarounds from 2006 to 2013, and as President & CEO of Silver Oak Solutions from 2000 to 2007. Dean's earlier career included a managerial position in the Corporate Initiatives Group at GE, engagement management at McKinsey & Co., and serving as a Combat Engineer Officer in the US Army. Dean holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Mechanical Engineering/Aerospace from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
