Jorge Isaac Leiner Mendoza

Jorge Isaac Leiner Mendoza is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Industrial Engineering Manager and Lean Leader at TT Electronics plc since August 2023. Previously, Jorge held various positions at Adient from September 2011 to September 2023, including Engineering, Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, and Black Belt Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing multiple teams and improving key performance indicators such as machinery utilization and energy measurement. In addition, Jorge has served as Director at Leiner Innova since December 2017, focusing on providing educational opportunities tailored to industrial needs. Jorge's academic background includes a Master’s degree in Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez.
