Jens Pettersson serves as the Head of Editorial Development at NTM AB, leading a nine-member team focused on enhancing journalism across 18 local titles. Previous roles at NTM include Head of Engagement and Loyalty and Chief Digital Reader Revenue Officer, where Jens drove initiatives to increase engagement and digital subscription revenue. Jens is also an advisory council member for the International News Media Association's Newsroom Transformation Initiative and contributes as a writer on audience engagement topics. Prior experience includes editorial leadership at Upsala Nya Tidning, where Jens managed news operations and digital products, as well as journalistic roles at Aftonbladet and various media projects. Jens holds a degree in Political Science from Uppsala University and completed a Master Class in Digital Acceleration at Hyper Island.
