Brian Carmichael is a seasoned professional in the field of professional services, currently serving as Global VP of Professional Services at TTEC Digital since October 2015. Prior experience includes the role of VP of Professional Services at Servion Global Solutions and various leadership positions at Avaya, where accountability spanned sales, consulting, and delivery across the U.S. Additionally, Carmichael held responsibilities such as Professional Services Global Sales and Consulting Director and Professional Services Global Delivery Director, driving significant growth in service attach rates and managing multi-million dollar bookings plans. Earlier career stages included leadership at Vista Information Technologies and the founding of MTS Inc., a regional systems integration company.
