Chris Beal is currently the Head of Service Delivery (APAC) at TTEC Digital and serves as the Customer Engagement Manager at VoiceFoundry ANZ, specializing in AI-powered customer experience solutions. Previously, Chris held various roles in service delivery and management, including Service Delivery Manager at Telstra and Service Engagement Manager at NSC Group. Chris also co-founded The Booth Butler, a photo booth hire service, and has extensive experience in customer success management at Aspect Software. Chris earned an Honours degree in Multimedia, Business, and Computing from Monash University and holds an ITIL V3 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
