Haley Neale

Haley Neale, CSM, is a Principal Technical Project Manager at TTEC Digital since November 2022, with significant experience in program management from Genesys where responsibilities included overseeing Outbound and Digital product groups, enhancing employee engagement, and driving project outcomes. During a tenure from December 2015 to October 2022 at Genesys, Haley contributed as a Program Manager for Multicloud, Co-Chair of the Indianapolis Employee Advisory Committee, Release Manager for PureConnect, and an Associate Project Manager, effectively improving processes and increasing employee satisfaction. Prior experience includes a photography contract with Saint-Gobain Abrasives and a role at Xerox coordinating corporate training and events. Haley holds a Bachelor's degree in Fine and Studio Arts from Saint Xavier University.
