Michael Kowalski is a seasoned professional in client success and account management with extensive experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Client Success Manager at TTEC Digital since August 2018, Michael has previously held roles such as Client Account Manager at Adapt Telephony Services, LLC and Senior Account Manager at mindSHIFT, a Ricoh company.
