Tommy Hu is currently serving as Principal Solutions Architect at TTEC Digital since May 2023, following a promotion during the acquisition of Avtex Solutions, where Tommy worked from May 2019 to May 2023 as a Solutions Architect and previously as a Senior Consultant and Consultant. With a strong background in developing optimal solutions for client business challenges, Tommy leads enterprise project teams and guides clients through the design, architecture, estimation, and delivery processes while collaborating cross-functionally with sales and delivery teams to secure new business. Prior to his tenure at Avtex, Tommy held various roles including CRM Consultant at NuSoft Solutions, Software Engineer Intern at NetSuite, and IT Solutions at ArcelorMittal Dofasco. Tommy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
