Ajit Yadav

Ajit Yadav is an experienced executive in operations and service delivery, currently serving as Executive Director at TTEC since August 2022. Prior to this role, Yadav held the position of Location Head at McKinsey & Company from November 2011 to June 2022, where responsibilities included managing service delivery teams, overseeing high-volume client collateral, and engaging with Senior Partners on critical deliverables. Yadav's career also includes significant roles at Capita as DGM of Operations, where end-to-end management of life and pension policy administration was key, and positions at Vertex, Global Vantedge, and GECIS.
