Alan Cherian has over 20 years of experience in operations management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Operations at TTEC since 2017. Prior to this role, Alan held multiple positions at MOTIF INDIA INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED from 2003 to 2017, including Manager, Operations, and Assistant Manager, Operations, among others. Alan's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Human Resource from B.P.C.B.A Gandhinagar, completed between 2000 and 2003.
