Alger Luna is an experienced instructional designer with a background in learning and development, eLearning content development, and technical support. Currently at TTEC since March 2018, Alger focuses on instructional design. Previously, at Okada Manila, responsibilities included facilitating new hire orientation, managing training programs across various employee levels, and overseeing the Learning Management System. Experience at Harte Hanks involved designing self-paced eLearning training and supporting technical operations. Early career roles included customer service and programming positions at Sykes Enterprises and Zamboanga City Water District, respectively. Alger holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Western Mindanao State University.
