Barbara McCabe

Barbara McCabe is an experienced executive in human capital management, currently serving as the Executive Director of Human Capital at TeleTech since November 2006. In this role, McCabe has spearheaded change management initiatives to enhance performance processes and systems, notably transitioning from a 5-point numeric to a 3-point narrative scale. Previously, McCabe held the position of Director of Organizational Development, Global Human Capital, focusing on organizational assessments and the development of programs for onboarding and continuous learning. Before joining TeleTech, McCabe worked as the Director of Learning and Leadership Development at T-Mobile, overseeing training for 19 customer service call centers, and as the Director of Sales and Service at NASS, managing sales and service for aesthetic and cosmetic surgery services. McCabe holds a BS in Management with a focus on Real Estate from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
