Birgit Neumann

Birgit Neumann is an experienced professional serving as Vice President and General Manager for EMEA at TTEC since October 2018. Previously, Neumann held the position of Global Director CRM Solutions at arvato CRM Solutions from August 2011 to September 2018 and worked for Convergys from 1999 to August 2011, where responsibilities included Vice President International for EMEA and Australia and Vice President Operations India. Neumann began a career in operations and account management, initially trained as an Industriekauffrau at Hermes Schleifmittel from August 1992 to May 1995. Neumann earned a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Northumbria University in 1996.
