Cathy Beckett brings extensive experience in talent acquisition, having served as Vice President and Executive Director of Talent Acquisition at TTEC from October 2003 to June 2022. Prior to that, Cathy managed on-site accounts as an On Site Staffing Manager at PeopleLink, formerly known as Corporate Staffing Resources/AmeriTemps, from June 1996 to January 2002, focusing on high-volume recruiting, account management, client relations, advertising, and compliance. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Analysis and Practice from The Ohio State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management at Ohio University, expected to be completed in January 2026.
