Chris Snow

Chris Snow is an experienced technology professional with a current role as Escalation Engineering Architect at TTEC Digital since July 2019 and has been a Principal UCCE Escalation Engineer at TTEC since June 2013. Previous positions include Contract Cisco UCCE / CVP Developer at TEKsystems and Sr. IP Telephony Engineer at CoreLogic, where responsibilities included Cisco ICM - UCCE & UCCX system administration, call flow development, scripting, and troubleshooting. Chris Snow holds multiple certifications, including CCAI Platform Fundamentals from Google Cloud Academy and ITIL V2 Certified, along with various training in Cisco and call center technologies.
