Dennison Manigbas

Dennison Manigbas is a seasoned IT professional with over a decade of experience in various roles within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager for Major Incident Response at TTEC since February 2019, Dennison previously held the position of Critical Incident Manager at HCL Technologies, where the focus was on enhancing the Critical Incident Management Process to ensure minimal downtime in IT service operations. Prior to this, Dennison worked at TeleTech Philippines as a Desktop Support Supervisor and Technician, overseeing site technology operations and providing IT support.
