Dolores C. has extensive experience in senior leadership roles, currently serving as Chief of Staff at TTEC since December 2012, with additional titles including Executive Director of Service Delivery and Executive Director of Transformation and Proactive Solutions. Previous roles at TTEC also include Chief of Staff/Senior Advisor to the COO and Director of Service to Sales. Prior to TTEC, Dolores held multiple operational management positions at HSBC from May 2005 to November 2012, culminating in the role of Assistant Vice President of Operations.
