Don Taylor

Don Taylor is a Senior Technical Project Manager at TTEC, where they manage customer relations, project resources, financials, and schedules. They previously held the position of Technology Account Manager at TeleTech from 2000 to 2012, focusing on client satisfaction and project completion. Earlier in their career, Don was a Chef/Manager at Jeffery Restaurant Group from 1997 to 2000. They hold multiple degrees, including an A+ and MCSE in Computer/Information Technology Administration from the Academy of Learning, a CIM in Business Management from The University of Western Ontario, and a certification in Project Management from PMP Project Management. Don also studied Culinary Management at Humber College.
