Edward McMurray

Edward McMurray is an experienced in-house counsel and the founder of Association Governance Advisors LLC, where they provide governance and consulting services to non-profits and associations. Currently serving as Corporate Counsel at TTEC and Of Counsel at Howe & Hutton, Ltd., Edward focuses on risk management and legal analysis related to anti-trust matters and mergers. Prior to these roles, Edward worked as an Associate Attorney at Levin Ginsburg, advising non-profit entities on various legal and operational matters. With a law degree from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, Edward is actively engaged in the not-for-profit sector and holds memberships in the American Bar Association and the Illinois Bar Association.
