Fernando Covelli is a Global Service Delivery Executive with over 20 years of experience in Business Operations, Professional Services, and Customer Success. Currently serving as Group Vice President of Operations LATAM at TTEC, they lead operations across Latin America, manage P&L, and drive performance strategies. Previously, Fernando held roles including Senior Team Lead at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Country Head at Sutherland, where they expanded client bases and significantly increased revenue. They hold degrees in Systems Engineering and English as a Second Language from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, as well as a recent specialization in AI for Business from the University of Pennsylvania.
