James Bednar

James Bednar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product innovation and digital automation. As Vice President of Product and Innovation at TTEC and previously Vice President of Digital Automation at Real Chemistry, James has demonstrated expertise in driving innovative solutions. James held various leadership roles at Sitel, including Vice President of Solutions & Innovation, Director of Global Client Solutions, and Manager of Client Solutions. Early in the career, James gained valuable technical experience as a Senior Software Specialist at Clientlogic and as a Programmer/Analyst at LCS. James holds a Master of Science in Software Development and Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Montclair State University.
