James Kirk has extensive experience in network engineering and systems analysis, with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Principal Network Engineer at TTEC since September 2006, James has also held roles as a Senior Network Engineer and Principal Network Administrator at the same company. Prior to TTEC, James worked at Ameriquest Mortgage Company as a Network Engineer III and Desktop Engineer III from July 2003 to July 2006, and at PacifiCare Health Systems as a Systems Analyst III from March 1999 to July 2003. James began a career in the US Navy, where the role of Nuclear Submarine Plant Supervisor was held from March 1985 to March 1999. James pursued education at Idaho State University and the University of Idaho from 1993 to 1995, and attended Chapman University from 1992 to 1993.
