Jason Harris has over 18 years of experience in IT management and software engineering. Jason began a career at Johnson & Johnson as an IT Developer/Analyst, where responsibilities included managing a Siebel CRM system for a multi-country sales force and customer contact center. Jason then worked at Connextions, initially as Software Application Manager, overseeing a team of developers and managing solutions for notable clients such as Kaiser, Humana, and Aetna. After the acquisition of Connextions by UnitedHealth Group in 2015, Jason transitioned to the role of IT Manager. In 2017, Jason moved to TTEC as Senior Manager of System Software Engineering, following another acquisition of Connextions. Jason holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Florida State University.
