Jeff Brown

Jeff Brown is an accomplished executive management professional with extensive experience in call center operations and organizational leadership. They served as Director of Operations at Convergys from 1998 to 2011 and later held the position of Director of Customer and Sales Support at AssureRx Health, Inc. from 2011 to 2012. Jeff currently works as an Executive Director at TTEC since 2015 and previously held the role of Vice President of Call Center Operations at Education at Work from 2012 to 2014.
