Jess Handforth is an experienced Human Capital professional with a strong background in HR management and partnership roles. Since July 2020, Jess has served as a Human Capital Business Partner for the EMEA region at TTEC, following a tenure as Human Capital Manager for the UK and Ireland. Prior to TTEC, Jess worked at Capita Customer Management from May 2013 to July 2020 as a Human Resources Business Partner, focusing on the VWG account with a headcount of 500 in Leeds. Earlier experience includes an HR Advisor position at Kelda Water Services from November 2009 to May 2013 and an HR Manager role at Minorplanet from May 2002 to November 2009. Education was completed at Arden High School in Knowle, Solihull, West Midlands.
