Kenen Roy Ma is currently a Senior Manager at TTEC, with a focus on workforce management since 2019. From 2014 to 2015, Kenen held various roles at TeleTech Philippines, including Business Analyst, Senior Planning Team Lead, Sr Workforce Specialist, and Planning Team Lead.
