Komal Narula

Komal Narula is an accomplished IT Infrastructure leader with extensive experience in global enterprise cloud and infrastructure management. Currently serving as the Head of IT Infrastructure at TTEC since January 2023, Komal previously held the position of Vice President of IT Infrastructure Engineering and Architecture at Genpact from December 2010 to January 2023. Key responsibilities included leading engagements with CXO offices, driving automation, innovation, and digital transformation, and overseeing the design and delivery of global projects. Komal's background includes roles as AVP-Enterprise Architect and AVP-IT and Document Management Solutions, as well as significant leadership positions at Genpact Mexico and in earlier stages at Genpact LLC and GECIS. Komal's educational qualifications include a PGDAC in Advanced Computing from CDAC and a degree from Guru Nanak Dev University.
