Laura Ward

Laura Ward is the Vice President at TTEC, where they lead acquisition integration and enterprise-level change initiatives. Previously, they served as VP Operations and Technology at Qwest Communications for over two decades and held the same title at Revana. Ward also worked as Program Director at the Arizona Department of Administration. They earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Arizona State University. Additionally, Ward founded and currently leads TTEC's Women in Leadership organization.
