Lauren Smith

Lauren Smith is a seasoned professional in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Capital at TTEC since July 2019. Previously, Lauren held the role of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at TTEC and served as District Human Resources Manager at both The Home Depot and Bed Bath & Beyond. Early career experience includes the position of Executive Team Lead at Target. Lauren earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University, completed in 2012.
