Lindsay Keith

Lindsay Keith is an experienced Instructional Designer currently serving as the Manager at TTEC. With over 10 years in the outsourcing and offshoring industry, Lindsay has developed skills in contact centers, customer service, employee training, and time management. Prior to this role, Lindsay held various positions at TTEC, including Training Coordinator and Operations Team Lead, and has over 7 years of experience as a people manager.
