Manas Khanna is currently the Director of Network Operations Center at TTEC since August 2023. Prior to this role, Khanna served as the Director of IT Support Services at Sequential Technology International from March 2009 to March 2023, overseeing a range of Global Core IT functions including Network Operations Center and Identity & Access Management. Khanna has extensive experience in the Asia-Pacific region, having managed IT services and implemented various projects across multiple centers, including PCI DSS compliance and IT infrastructure setups. Previous positions include AGM IT and Sr. Manager IT at Omniglobe International, as well as managerial roles at Ngenox Technologies and Convergys. Khanna holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Lucknow and has a solid foundation in technical management and network operations.
