Margaret McLean

Margaret McLean is the current General Counsel & Chief Risk Officer at TTEC. Margaret has held this position since March 2013. Prior to TTEC, Ms. McLean was the Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary at CH2M HILL from January 1998 to March 2013. Margaret oversaw a team of 55+ legal and risk management professionals who provided legal, insurance, and compliance support for this global engineering company in 75+ countries.

From January 1992 to December 1998, Ms. McLean was a partner at Holme Roberts & Owen LLP (acquired by Bryan Cave). Margaret was a M&A tax partner working in HRO's Denver, London and Moscow offices.

Ms. McLean began their career at SAIC in January 1986 as an Applications Manager in the IT Department. In this role, they led the ERP and enterprise applications departments through technology infrastructure transformation and numerous integrations of acquired companies. Margaret left SAIC in December 1989 to join Hewlett-Packard as a Systems Analyst and Project Manager. Margaret remained with HP until December 1986.

Margaret McLean received a B.S. from the University of Arizona in Computer Science and Management Information Systems. Margaret then attended law school at the University of Michigan, where they earned their J.D. After working for a few years, they decided to pursue an M.B.A. and attended the University of Colorado Boulder, where they focused on finance, business, and technology.

Margaret McLean reports to Kenneth Tuchman, Chairman & CEO. They are on a team with Dustin Semach - CFO, Rob Dravenstott - CIO, and Regina Paolillo - Global COO.
