Nelson Galang

Nelson Galang is a Principal Sales Engineer at TTEC since December 2018, specializing as a Cisco UCCE Solutions Architect and providing system architecture and customer journey design for omni-channel contact center solutions. Prior to TTEC, Nelson served as a Solutions Engineer at Sprint, focusing on Wireline product offerings, and worked at Dimension Data as a Systems Engineer, emphasizing Cisco solutions and presales activities. Nelson's experience also includes a role as a Sales Engineer at NEC Corp. of America, where technical leadership in designing Cisco-based networks was key, and as a Systems Engineer at Cisco, managing account-specific solutions and technical presentations. Nelson holds an M.S. in Telecommunications Management from Golden Gate University and a B.S. in Industrial Management Engineering from De La Salle University.
