Palak Singh

Palak Singh is currently a Chat Associate at TTEC since March 2023, where responsibilities include assisting customers with order inquiries, dispatch and payment details, and troubleshooting product issues. Prior experience includes a Social Media Marketing Internship at CAREER INTUITION, focusing on user engagement and feedback analysis in December 2021 to January 2022, and a Business Development Internship at The Bigger Story, where project presentations to management were completed in March to April 2022. Education includes a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from JAGRAN COLLEGE OF ARTS, SCIENCE & COMMERCE, completed in 2023, with ongoing studies towards a Master of Commerce in the same field at the same institution, expected to be completed in 2025, along with earlier education at Bright Angel's Intermediate College and Mantora Public School.
