Paul Cross has been with TTEC since November 2007, where Paul currently serves as the Commercial Account Strategy & Success Director, overseeing multiple client accounts across North America and managing P&L while ensuring client relations, campaign delivery, profitability, and growth. Prior to TTEC, Paul held the position of Director of Client Relations at Bell Canada from January 2004 to December 2007, focusing on achieving annual ROI from marketing initiatives and reporting on sales and retention earnings. Earlier in his career, Paul was the COO at InterDev from 2001 to 2003, specializing in website development with expertise in various programming languages and project management. Paul holds an Executive Development - Mini MBA in Business Administration and Management from McGill Executive Institute (2012-2013) and two DEC degrees in Computer Science and Pure and Applied Science from Champlain St-Lambert (2000-2003, 1998-2000).
