Rachel Rector

Rachel Rector serves as a Benefits Analyst at TTEC since November 2022, managing Paid Time Off programs across over 20 countries and overseeing day-to-day administration in the US and Canada. Previously, Rachel was a Human Resources Generalist at North Metro Community Services, Inc. from December 2018 to May 2021, where responsibilities included administering benefits programs, facilitating communication with brokers and employees, managing 401k plans, and ensuring compliance with ACA and OSHA. Rachel's experience also includes a role as a Graduate Assistant at Tarleton State University, where a uniform hiring process was established, and outdoor adventure programs were developed and expanded. Rachel holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Tarleton State University.
