Ramy Elaskary

Ramy Elaskary is currently the Senior Manager of People & Culture for the Middle East and Africa at TTEC, focusing on developing a strong human capital landscape within the organization. With extensive experience in strategic HR leadership, Ramy previously served as the Egypt HR Director and Global Business Head of HRO at iSON Xperiences Ltd, where they advanced talent management initiatives. Ramy’s career began in telemarketing and customer care, having held positions at Ameco Tech and Vodafone, and they have continued to refine their expertise through roles such as Payroll & Personnel Manager at Wasla Outsourcing. Ramy holds an MBA from the Rome Business School and has further certifications in HR from HRCI and a Mini MBA from PMI.
