Randy Smail

Randy Smail, PMP CSM, is an experienced technical project manager currently serving as Senior Principal at TTEC since November 2018, having previously held positions as Principal IT Project Manager and IT Project Manager. Prior to TTEC, Randy owned and led Data Recovery Link from July 2010 to November 2018, focusing on data recovery and business continuity solutions for clients. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President and Lead Consultant at Digital Corral Corporation, where Randy managed outsourced IT services for various industries, and as Director of Operations at the Sporting Club at Cherry Creek, overseeing operational staff. Randy began a career in technology as a Macintosh Support Technician at CW Electronics. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Ithaca College.
