Ric Neild

Ric Neild has extensive experience in operational management, currently serving as a Seconded Operations Manager and Team Lead at TTEC since July 2020. Prior to this role, Ric worked at Capita from June 2006 to June 2020 as a Team Leader. Ric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Leeds, completed between 1993 and 1996.
