Rob Dravenstott

CIO at TTEC

Rob Dravenstott joined TTEC as Chief Information Officer in 2022. Previously, he was the Chief Technology Officer at Cooler Screens, a fast-growing startup transforming brick-and-mortar retail cooler and freezer surfaces into IoT-enabled digital screens. Rob led the hardware, software, data/data science, and security teams and is driving the company's technology strategy.

Prior to Cooler Screens, Rob was the SVP and Chief Information Officer for DISH Network, responsible for its enterprise information technology strategy and operations. At DISH, Rob helped lead the launch of Sling TV, completed the mobility and field force transformation, and created the data platform and data science team. He also supported the company’s early wireless investments and IoT technology strategy.

Prior to DISH, Rob led technology teams from start-ups to Fortune 200 companies in a variety of industries including payment processing, financial services, government, and transportation. Rob is a graduate of Purdue University (BS Computer and Electrical Engineering) and holds a B.S. in Computer and Electrical Engineering from Purdue University. He resides in Denver, Colorado, with his wife and three children.
