Shane Thompson

Shane Thompson is the Vice President of Workforce Management at TTEC, where they oversee planning and scheduling for over 35,000 agents globally. Previously, they held roles at TeleTech, including Executive Director of Workforce Management and Executive Director of Finance, where they streamlined staffing processes and managed a significant budget. They started their career as Audit Staff at Arthur Andersen, conducting audits in accordance with GAAP. Shane earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Oklahoma's Price College of Business, graduating with a major GPA of 4.0.
